About Me
I am Dr. Hayes. I bring a warm, inviting, and affirming presence to therapy, creating a safe space for clients to feel understood and supported. At the same time, I challenge individuals to step into growth and make meaningful changes that align with their goals and values. I invite you to embrace change and flourish.
My practice focuses on trauma- specifically relational and attachment trauma. This often intersects with neurodivergence and addiction, but we work with anyone and everyone.

Neurodivergence philosophy
We believe that autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent “disorders” are made for a world that either doesn’t exist any more or we have yet to achieve. US Medicine pathologizes biological and cultural diversity and we do not align with that. We will diagnose for medical necessity and insurance billing but our treatment is neuroaffirming.
Most ADHD kids and adults have a life long of being in trouble, lots of worries, feeling blamed/being blamed, relationship issues, parenting inconsistency, impulsive behaviors, and many more negative things. This is because society doesn’t understand ADHD.What we have learned in the last 5-10 years about ADHD is profound.
The mental health world has drastically change. Work with professionals that are up-to-date to give you the peace of mind that you are working with competencies.
Not all therapy is the same.
Autism - We have learned even more about autism and especially autism in women. Women are often misdiagnosed with anxiety, BPD, when it’s in fact, autism.
More women and men 35 and up are being diagnosed post the pandemic.
If you think you may have ADHD or Autism, or both and need support. reach out
It’s your time now.
Be Humble. Be True. Be Kind.
Be Wild. Be You.
Rediscover who you are.
Fitting all of our thoughts, ideas, and beliefs into seemingly empty words on a page is really difficult. We as humans are so complex yet so simple at the same time.
Our therapy works systemically meaning that we look at all possible factors. Think of an iceberg, we have the surface, things we can see and touch but underneath the ocean, there’s a world of possibilities. Here is where our hidden subconscious and motivations can live. Our traumas stored in minds and bodies, pain for our experiences that we don’t know what to do with it so we push it down and do the best we can.
Immersed in the wisdom of the ocean, connect to your being but do not be afraid because you are not alone. We walk with you and dive when you’re ready.
