Therapy is a time commitment, emotional commitment and financial commitment to yourself.
Adult Therapy
We a safe space to explore emotions and behaviors while addressing underlying patterns shaped by trauma, attachment wounds, and neurodivergence. The goal is lasting change through self-awareness, skills, and alignment with personal values.
Child Therapy/Play Therapy
Through play-based interventions, we help children express emotions, develop coping skills, and strengthen family relationships in a safe, supportive environment. Dr. Hayes specializes in gaming therapy which is used for skill development for ADHD, ASD, and processing trauma.
Youth Therapy
Our teen counseling services focus on identity development, depression, emotional regulation, and navigating social and academic pressures, promoting confidence and resilience.
Couples Therapy
When working with couples, our approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, with a strong foundation in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
We rely heavily on EFT principles to help couples and families create secure emotional bonds and lasting change.
Family Therapy
Family sessions aim to enhance understanding, repair strained relationships, and build stronger bonds through collaborative and systemic approaches. We typically use Structural, Bowen, and EFFT approaches.
Case Management (KY only)
We provide case management to coordinate care, connect clients with resources (housing, jobs, food), and ensure continuity of support for holistic well-being.
This is Medicaid Program and you must meet eligibility requirements.
Our Therapy Approach
Our team of clinicians are trained in systemic and relational therapies.
This means that we address the underlying patterns rather than just surface behaviors. We complete a systemic assessment to help you identify what may be impacting you today, whether it’s from the past or current. Then we tailor our approach to your needs.
Standard services are weekly however a plan will be discussed between you and your provider.
Fees and Insurance
Your services may be covered by your medical insurance.
We are currently in network with KY Medicaid, Ky Anthem. These networks allow supervisory billing which means you can see an associate therapist.
Dr. Hayes is in in-network with most KY and FL commercial insurances.
We do not accept Medicare.

We do offer a sliding scale for a certain number of slots. We also usually have a student intern that can see clients for lower fees or pro bono.
